Thimphu, 18 November 2025 – We are pleased to announce the successful recruitment and appointment of three highly experienced industry leaders to vital roles: General Manager of Finance & Administration, General Manager of Marketing & Sales, and Manager of Spares & Services. These strategic hires underscore the company’s commitment to optimizing operations, driving market growth, and enhancing customer support excellence.

1. General Manager, Finance & Administration

We welcome Mr. Jigme Gyeltshen as our new General Manager of Finance & Administration. Mr. Jigme joins us with over 25 years of experience in strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance at Mountain Hazelnuts and Bhutan Post.

In this critical role, Mr. Jigme will oversee all financial operations, internal controls, administrative functions, and strategic budgeting. His expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the company maintains robust financial health, operational efficiency, and scalable administrative infrastructure as we pursue aggressive growth targets.

2. General Manager, Marketing & Sales

Taking the helm of our market-facing operations is Mr. Kezang, the new General Manager of Marketing & Sales. Mr. Kezang brings a decade of proven success in developing go-to-market strategies, accelerating revenue growth, and building high-performing sales teams across competitive sectors. He previously served in numerous management roles.

Mr. Kezang will be responsible for defining the company’s national sales strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and driving ambitious revenue targets across all our product lines. His focus will be on leveraging market insights to maximize our competitive advantage across all our lines of business.

3. Manager, Spares & Services

We have Mr. Dawa Penjor as the new Manager of Spares & Services. Mr. Dawa’s appointment is a direct investment in customer satisfaction and long-term product lifecycle support. With extensive experience in logistics, inventory management, and technical support operations, he is uniquely positioned to optimize our after-sales service delivery.

Under Mr. Dawa’s leadership, the Spares & Services division will focus on improving parts availability, reducing service turnaround times, and enhancing the overall post-sales experience, thereby reinforcing the company’s commitment to customer retention and operational reliability.
